Columbus expects to release its Annual Report 2025 on 12 March 2026. The same day at 13:00 CET, Columbus' CEO & President Søren Krogh Knudsen and CFO Brian Iversen will present the results and answer questions from the audience during a live online event.
On 27 January 2026, ahead of the FY 2025 results, Columbus announced preliminary unaudited financial results for 2025, showing revenue of DKK 1,576m, corresponding to a decline of 5% and below the guidance of "in line with 2024" (~DKK 1.7bn). The reported EBITDA margin landed at 7.2%, at the lower end of the guidance range. Adjusted for one-off items, the underlying EBITDA margin improved to 7.9% (2024: 7.4%). Notably, Q4 2025 showed sequential margin improvement to 9.2%, indicating that rightsizing initiatives are gaining traction.
Columbus confirmed that its "New Heights" strategy financial ambitions of 10% annual revenue growth and 15% EBITDA margin will not be achieved by the end of 2026. The timing of these targets is now under review. Management expects Columbus to return to revenue growth and deliver an improved EBITDA margin in 2026, with full financial guidance for 2026 to be announced with the Annual Report.
In addition to the audited full-year 2025 financial results, focus will be on the more detailed 2026 guidance for revenue and EBITDA margin, management's outlook on market conditions and the return to growth, and updates on the timeline for achieving the "New Heights" ambitions.
