NORDEN is set to release its quarterly report for Q3 2026 on the morning of Thursday 29 October 2026. On the same day at 10:30 AM, we are pleased to invite you to a presentation of the financial results with the Management, who will also take questions from the audience.

The current guidance from NORDEN following the upgrade in early October is for an expected net result in 2026 of USD 180-230 million (from previously USD 140-190 million), compared to a result of USD 120 million in 2025. According to the company, the upgrade is driven by strong operational performance in both Dry Cargo and Tankers, while expected gains from vessel sales remain unchanged at USD 79 million.

NORDEN has paid a dividend of DKK 2 per quarter for the last ten quarters, since Q1 2024. In connection with the Q2 2026 report, NORDEN also announced share buybacks of USD 25 million.
