GreenMobility - Presentation of the Q3 2026 Trading Statement

GreenMobility released its Q3 2026 Trading Statement on 8 October 2026. On 14 October at 13:00 CEST, CEO Kasper Gjedsted will present the figures and answer questions in a live online event.

Revenue grew 9% to DKK 44.5m in the quarter (Q3 2025: DKK 41.0m) and EBITDA grew 12% to DKK 19.0m (DKK 17.0m), lifting the EBITDA margin to 42.6% from 41.5%. Growth thereby picked up from the first half, where the full effect of the 185 additional vehicles was delayed, and Q3 is the first full quarter with the expanded fleet in operation. For the first nine months, revenue was DKK 121.7m, up 6%, and EBITDA was DKK 47.8m, up 16%, with the margin at 39.2% against 35.7% a year earlier.

GreenMobility maintained its guidance for 2026 of revenue growth of 5-9% and EBITDA growth of 12-16% compared with FY2025, which was revised in July from the previous revenue range of 8-12%. The nine month figures correspond to around 74% of the revenue guidance midpoint and around 78% of the EBITDA guidance midpoint. For comparison, the first nine months of 2025 represented 75% of that year's revenue and 76% of EBITDA, as the fourth quarter is seasonally weaker. Revenue is therefore the part of the guidance where the outcome within the range is still open, while EBITDA growth after nine months is tracking in the upper part of the range.

Since the H1 report, GreenMobility completed its first share buyback programme of up to DKK 6m on 1 August and initiated a second programme of up to DKK 5m running from 9 October to 31 December 2026.

The company also in the third quarter entered a strategic partnership with WeRide to deploy Level 4 autonomous shared mobility in Denmark, with public service targeted for H1 2027.

Beyond the figures, focus is expected on the operational drivers behind the quarter and on what separates the two ends of the guidance range. The operation of the expanded fleet, the status of the platform migration and the development in the Copenhagen taxi market, where additional supply was expected in the later part of the year, are the factors expected to determine where within the range the year lands.

GreenMobility is a Danish company in the Mobility-as-a-Service space, operating free floating carsharing with a fleet of electric vehicles in Copenhagen and Aarhus. Users access the cars through the GreenMobility app. The company is listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.
