GreenMobility is expected to release its FY 2024 Annual Report on 20 March 2025. On 25 March at 14:00, CEO Kasper Gjedsted will present the results and answer questions in a live online event.
Ahead of the FY report, the third quarter's results delivered the commitment of growing profitably. The Q3 revenue for the continuing business grew 92% year-on-year, and was the second quarter in a row with positive net profit in the continuing business. Q3 2024 net profit was DKK 2.4m (up from DKK 1.8m in Q2 2024).
In connection with the Q3 2024 trading update, the company also reaffirmed its raised guidance from August. GreenMobility expects revenue to grow to DKK 120-130m and realize a net profit from continuing operations of DKK 2-12m. Additionally, in Ultimo 2024, the company successfully completed a DKK 15m private placement to strengthen the balance sheet.
Beyond the full financial results, guidance for the coming years and discussion of potential new business opportunities could be in focus during the event.
