Her er Luiros kommentarer til Gofores seneste opkøb i Tyskland.  Gofore meddelte, at de opkøber det tyske it-konsulenthus Esentri AG. Opkøbet mere end fordobler i praksis Gofores størrelse i DACH-regionen til over 200 eksperter og en omsætning på ca. 25 millioner euro. Strategisk set virker opkøbet velvalgt, og værdiansættelsen ser også rimelig ud ved første øjekast, så foreløbigt ser forudsætningerne for skabelse af aktionærværdi ud til at være i orden. På koncernniveau er opkøbets størrelse dog stadig ret moderat. Vi indregner effekterne af opkøbet i vores prognoser senest i forbindelse med offentliggørelsen af Q4-rapporten. Overall, Gofore's strong performance in a challenging year demonstrates the company's ability to adapt quickly to change and manage critical billing rates and profitability. We expect the company to continue to grow faster and more profitably than the sector in the coming years, even if the weak economy slows things down somewhat. The valuation picture (2024e adj. EV/EBIT 12x and expected return ~20%) is attractive.
