Toivo Group Q1'26: Historien fortsætter trods usikkerhed

Q1'26-regnskabsmeddelelsen var en smule under vores estimater på grund af en engangsudgift til et allerede afsluttet projekt. Positivt var selskabets projektrentabilitet ellers bedre end forventet. Selskabet gentog som forventet sin guidance, og vi sænkede vores estimater for indtjeningen kun en smule. Genopretningen på boligmarkedet er fortsat langsom, og det forhøjede renteniveau overskygger især efterspørgslen i boligsektoren. En stærk nyhedsstrøm, realiseret volumenvækst, god projektrentabilitet og en forbedret konkurrenceposition har dog øget vores tillid til selskabet. Vi ser værdiansættelsen som mere attraktiv efter kursfaldet, hvilket understøttes af den lave balancebaserede (Q1’26: P/NAV 0,91x) og indtjeningsbaserede værdiansættelse (2025 PE 13x).
