NORDEN is expected to announce its Q1 2025 report in the morning on Thursday 1 May 2025. On the same day at 09.30, we are pleased to invite you to a presentation of the financial results with CFO Martin Badsted, who will also answer questions from the audience. On the 24th of April NORDEN upgraded their guidance for 2025 and is now expecting a result around USD 50-130m (from previously USD 20-100m), which also includes USD 45m (up from USD 16m) from gains on vessel sales, as announced in the 2024 annual report. In 2024, NORDEN paid a quarterly dividend of DKK 2 per share for all four quarters, including Q1 2024. NORDEN is active in both product tanker (MR) and dry cargo markets, and thus at the centre of global trade. Therefore, questions may focus on the US tariff policy and the US-China trade war and its implications for the trade of oil products and commodities globally. Other topics may include the assumptions supporting guidance, NORDEN&#x2019;s positioning in its FS&amp;T business, the outlook for Assets and Logistics, and more.
