Exel: The outlook indicates a gap year
The overall picture in Exel's Q1 report turned disappointing with a sharp cut in guidance for the current year. Considering this and the uncertainty surrounding the demand situation, we lowered our short-term estimates significantly. However, with the fall in the share price, expectations are low, which in our view offers a good risk/return ratio for the long-term investor.
