Omstillingsforhandlingerne vedrører det fakturerbare personale i Vincits serviceforretning på alle lokationer i Finland og omfatter cirka 375 medarbejdere. Behovet for personalereduktioner anslås at være maksimalt 45 personer. Omstillingsforhandlingerne indledes den 9. marts 2026 og forventes at vare tre uger. Vincit kommunikerer åbent med sine medarbejdere om situationen gennem hele forhandlingsprocessen og informerer om resultatet, når forhandlingerne er afsluttet. I løbet af årets begyndelse er Vincits organisationsstruktur allerede blevet slanket med 10 personer i roller inden for ledelse, salg og forretningsstøtte.

Vincits omsætning faldt som ventet fortsat kraftigt i Q4. Effektiviseringsforanstaltningerne bed dog lidt bedre end forventet, og resultatet oversteg vores forventninger en smule. Selskabet guidede kun for en forbedring af lønsomheden, og dermed er der fortsat usikkerhed forbundet med vendingen i omsætningen.
