All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial on behalf of Telia Company. Following the above acquisitions, Telia Companys holding of own shares amounts to 84 021 963 shares as of November 16, 2018. The total number of shares in Telia Company is 4,330,084,781.
A full breakdown of the transactions pursuant to article 5.3 of MAR and article 2.3 of the Safe Harbour Regulation is attached to this announcement. The total volume of Telia Company shares which have been bought back within the share buy-back programme from April 23 2018 until and including November 16, 2018 amounts to 84 021 963 shares.
