This announcement contains inside informationCompany announcement no. 23-25 Copenhagen, 16 October 2025Shape Robotics A/S ("Shape Robotics" or the "Company") announces forthcoming changes to its Board of Directors.Mr. Martin Kjær Hansen has stepped down from the Board of Directors of Shape Robotics in order to dedicate more time to his professional commitments outside the Company. Although his tenure on the Board was brief, having joined earlier in 2025, Mr. Hansen's financial expertise and strategic insight have contributed meaningfully to the Company's ongoing efforts to strengthen its operational structure and support its international growth. The Board and management extend their sincere thanks for his engagement and valuable contributions and wish him continued success in his future endeavors.Following Mr. Hansen's stepping down, the Board of Directors currently consists of:<ul>	<li>Mr. Andre Reinhard Fehrn, Chairman of the Board of Directors</li>	<li>Mr. Aurel Nețin, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors</li>	<li>Ms. Helle Rootzén, Member of the Board of Directors</li></ul>In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and applicable regulatory requirements, the Company will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") in the coming days to elect new members to the Board of Directors.Furthermore, Ms. Helle Rootzén, who has served on the Board since 2022, has informed the Company that she intends to step down from her position at the upcoming EGM. Ms. Rootzén has played a key role in guiding Shape Robotics through its transformation into a leading European EdTech group. Her decision reflects her wish to make room for new perspectives and strengthen the next stage of the Company's Board composition.
