For et år siden så Rautes aktie markant undervurderet ud, men aktien har dog stort set ikke flyttet sig i et år, da vendingen i cyklussen har taget længere tid end forventet, mens afmatningen i byggesektoren er fortsat. Der har altså endnu ikke været travlt med at hoppe på dette tog, men når cyklussen vender (og det gør den vel på et tidspunkt), fremstår aktien virkelig billig. Her er en frisk selskabsrapport om Raute fra chefanalytiker Antti.  Vi gentager vores akkumuler-anbefaling for Raute og justerer vores kursmål til 16,0 euro (tidl. 17,0 €) i tråd med mindre estimatændringer. Vi har tilføjet en smule sikkerhedsmargin til vores estimater på grund af en ordreindgang i 4. kvartal, der var lavere end forventet, samt selskabets guidance. Efter vores mening er Rautes værdiansættelse attraktiv målt på alle centrale nøgletal, forudsat at bunden i efterspørgslen er lagt bag os, hvilket er i overensstemmelse med vores og selskabets vurdering. Vi ser Rautes forventede afkast, bestående af potentiale for kursstigning og udbytte, som værende højere end afkastkravet. Udbytteforslaget var i overensstemmelse med vores estimater på 0,65 euro pr. aktie, og derudover planlægger selskabet at tilbagekøbe egne aktier for højst 1,5 MEUR (maks. 1,7 % af aktiekapitalen). Med sin stærke balance har Raute efter vores mening rigtig god plads til dette udlodningsniveau. Den meddelelse om aktietilbagekøb blev overset midt i alle regnskaberne, så der var ingen omtale af det i kommentaren. Jeg luftede faktisk tanken i min optakt, så det kom ikke som den store overraskelse. Uden at tage stilling til eventuelle ændringer i prognoser og synspunkter efter rapporten (da de naturligvis ikke er foretaget endnu), så er tilbagekøb af egne aktier et meget velbegrundet træk baseret på Rautes volumenbaserede værdiansættelse ud fra guidancen (EV/S i omegnen af 0,4x).

Her er endnu Viljakainens hurtige kommentarer til morgenens resultat.  Selskabet overgik vores forventninger en smule, hvilket især skyldtes en unormalt høj lønsomhed i udstyrsenheden Wood Processing og Services’ stærke omkostningsstyring. Nye ordrer lå igen under forventningerne i en svær markedssituation. Vores forventninger lå inden for de nedadgående guidance-intervaller, som Raute har udmeldt for i år, selvom vi for resultatets vedkommende ligger i den øvre del af det brede interval. Udbytteforslaget steg præcis i overensstemmelse med vores forventninger til 0,65 euro pr. aktie.
