Ponsse Plc, Other information disclosed according to the rules of the Exchange, 15 November 2022 at 3:20 pm (EET)Ponsse's Annual General Meeting held on 7 April 2022 resolved that EUR 0.60 per share be paid in dividends for the financial period 2021. The dividend was paid to all shareholders who were listed in the shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd as a company shareholder on the record date of 11 April 2022 and the dividend was paid on 20 April 2022.
