Loihde Plc announced on 1 October 2026 that it has carried out directed share issue to Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta of 644,000 shares, as part of the acquisition of BLC Turva Oy. The share issue is based on the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2026.
The new shares have today, 14 October 2026, been registered in the Trade Register. After the registration in the Trade Register, the total number of shares in Loihde Plc is 6,430,318 shares.
The new shares will be subject to trading on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland starting from 15 October 2026.
