Koskisen Corporation’s financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2027

Koskisen Corporation will publish its Financial Statements Release, Half-Year Financial Report and two Interim Reports in 2027 as follows:

12 February 2027: Financial Statements Release for 2026
14 May 2027: Interim Report for January-March 2027
13 August 2027: Half-Year Financial Report for January-June 2027
12 November 2027: Interim Report for January-September 2027

Koskisen applies a silent period of 30 days before the publication of financial reports.

The Annual Report for 2026 will be published on April 1, 2027, at the latest.

Koskisen Corporation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2027 is planned to be held on Thursday 22 April 2027. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM later.

A shareholder may request that a matter falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be placed on the agenda of the AGM. To this effect, a written request compliant with the Companies Act should be delivered and addressed to the Board of Directors on February 28, 2027 at the latest to agm@koskisen.com.
