Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S has planned the following dates in 2027 for the annual report and interim reports as well as the annual general meeting, etc.:
| 27 January 2027 | Final deadline for shareholders to submit proposals to be included on the agenda for the annual general meeting | |
| 10 February 2027 | Annual report 2026 | |
| 10 March 2027 | Annual general meeting | |
| 29 April 2027 | Interim report – first quarter 2027 | |
| 12 August 2027 | Interim report – second quarter and first half-year 2027 | |
| 28 October 2027 | Interim report – third quarter and first nine months of 2027 |
Interim reports and the Annual Report are expected to be announced before 09.00 hours CET on the disclosed dates.
