Det er godt nok vanvittigt ikke at betale de dyre VVK-lån af. Vækstinvesteringer, ja. Men med disse guldpriser kommer der så mange penge ind, at vi umuligt kan foretage investeringer i det tempo. Godkendelsesprocesser osv. tager dog lang tid. Og hvis der så opstår en situation, hvor der er brug for flere penge, så er det jo bare at rejse dem med en emission. Men grådighed kender ingen grænser, det er det, der står i vejen for tilbagebetalingen, intet andet. Dette vil helt sikkert efterlade en plet på de involverede parter, der er intet at gøre ved det. Derudover bekymrer salgsvanskelighederne for de amerikanske miner mig. Hvis de handler bliver lukket, ville man ikke engang ved at fortælle investeringseventyr kunne undgå at betale de dyre lån tilbage. Man kan passende mistænke, at dette er hindringen for deres salg. Det er sandsynligvis også ledelsens juridiske pligt at erstatte selskabets dyre finansieringsløsninger med billigere, hvis det er muligt. Nu er det garanteret muligt, hvis viljen er der.

Her er Aapelis kommentarer til Hoskos sommerboreprogram.  Selskabet meddelte onsdag resultaterne af boreprogrammet, der blev udført i Hosko i sommeren 2025. Programmet omfattede i alt 31 borehuller med en samlet længde på 3030 meter. Målet med boreprogrammet var at supplere informationen fra det planlagte underjordiske produktionsområde samt at teste guldpotentialet dybere nede. Resultaterne bekræftede selskabets forståelse af områdets geologi, hvilket gør det muligt at målrette aktiviteterne mod de rigtige områder. Lidt off-topic, men…stadig prøver at komme op…guldet klatrer deroppe! Hvilken effekt har det på Endomines’ drift? Endomines Finland Plc – Stock Exchange Release, 6/9/2023, at 17.00 EET&nbsp;Endomines' Board of Directors decided to use the option to draw down an additional convertible loan to start gold production in Hosko&nbsp;In connection with the agreement disclosed on 20 June 2023 with a group of Finnish investors, regarding a convertible loan of up to EUR 3.6 million, the Board of Directors of Endomines has decided to use its option to draw down another EUR 1.8 million convertible loan in October 2023. As with the first, the second convertible loan has a maturity of 36 months and an annual interest rate of 12.0%.Under the terms of the financing agreement, the convertible loans can be exchanged in whole or partly into shares of the company, 24 months after the drawdown date of the loan. The subscription price of the convertible loan is the average share price for the period 1.9.2023–30.9.2023 reduced by 15%. Apart from the subscription price, the other terms, and conditions of the second loan will be the same.
