Den flittige proletar Atte fra Ruoholahti-kooperativet har udarbejdet en ny virksomhedsrapport  Constis Q3-resultat lå under vores prognoser, da udfordringerne i selskabets serviceforretning fortsat svækkede resultatet mere end forventet. Derudover er konkurrencesituationen på markedet for reparationsbyggeri forblevet stram. Vi forventer ingen forbedring af situationen i løbet af resten af året, og efter prognosejusteringerne nærmer vores prognoser for indeværende års driftsresultat sig den nederste del af vejledningsintervallet. Vi udelukker heller ikke muligheden for en resultatadvarsel i slutningen af året. Her er stadig fra Ate hurtige kommentarer til Q3-resultatet.  Constis omsætning oversteg vores prognose moderat, mens rentabiliteten var markant svagere end forventet. Baggrunden for den svage rentabilitet var primært den fortsat udfordrende markedssituation. Constis ordrebog faldt en smule sammenlignet med referenceperioden, men var dog stadig på et stærkt niveau. På trods af dette lægger den faldende ordrebog kombineret med en fortsat svag markedssituation pres på vores kortsigtede prognoser.                   Inderes              Consti Q3’25 -pikakommentti: Haastava markkina rokottaa tulosta - Inderes    Constin liikevaihto ylitti ennusteemme maltillisesti, kun taas kannattavuus oli odotuksiamme selvästi heikompi. Kannattavuuden heikkouden taustalla oli pääasiassa yhä haastava markkinatilanne.
