<div class="mfn-preamble">At an extraordinary general meeting on January 13, 2025, Claus Juel-Jensen was elected as a new member of Rusta's Board of Directors.</div><div class="mfn-body">Claus Juel-Jensen (born 1963) is a Danish citizen and has over 25 years of retail experience across numerous European markets. He has previously held several senior roles within the grocery chain Netto, including 12 years as Group CEO. Under Claus Juel-Jensen’s time at Netto, the company established over 700 new stores in the Nordic countries, Germany, and Poland. Most recently, he served as Board member of several companies, including Gasa Group, Rekom Group, T Hansen Group, and previously Europris."I am honored to join Rusta's Board of Directors and contribute to the company's continued growth journey.
