Hamilton, Bermuda (May 10, 2024)Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Archer Limited (the "Company") (OSE: ARCH) on April 30, 2024, regarding the Company's general meeting resolving a reverse share split of the Company's shares in the ratio 25:1.The reverse share split has now been registered in Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS).
