Wirtek is expected to release its Q3 2026 interim report on 11 November 2026. The same day at 14.30 CET, CEO Michael Aaen and CFO Mads Greiffenberg will present the results in a virtual live event with a Q&A session.

In Q2 2026, Wirtek delivered revenue of DKK 15.1m, 2.2% below Q2 2025, while EBITDA improved to DKK 1.3m from DKK 0.3m and the EBITDA margin reached 8.3% against 1.7% a year earlier. The pre-tax result turned positive both for the quarter and for the first half. For the first half, revenue was DKK 30.6m, down 1.2%, with EBITDA of DKK 1.9m against negative DKK 0.8m and a margin of 6.1%. Lower staff costs following the structural changes implemented in 2025 and other operating income of DKK 1.4m contributed in broadly equal measure.

Wirtek maintained its 2026 guidance of DKK 65-70m in revenue and DKK 3-6m in EBITDA. First-half revenue represents 45% of the guidance midpoint and first-half EBITDA 41%, and with the second half historically the stronger period, reaching the revenue range requires growth of roughly 3% to 18% year-on-year in H2. Q3 is therefore the quarter where the return to growth has to become visible.

On the day of the Q2 report, Wirtek completed the acquisition of DitaExchange, the Danish SaaS company behind the Dx5 platform for structured documentation in regulated industries, with ARR of approximately DKK 2.9m in 2025, growth of 22% and zero customer churn. The acquisition is settled entirely in cash with economic effect from 1 August 2026, making Q3 the first quarter to include a contribution. Shortly after quarter end, Wirtek obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, and in late August DitaExchange secured a fixed-price order of approximately DKK 1m from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency for a new data architecture for the eRules platform, the first order confirmed under Wirtek ownership.

Besides the financial results, focus at the event is expected to be on how revenue and profitability developed in Q3 and across the first nine months relative to guidance, and on the commercial build-out of DitaExchange, including cross-sell in both directions and the pipeline behind an earn-out aligned to around 30% average annual ARR growth. Focus is also expected on the Energy segment and the scalability of the fixed-price OTShield offering as NIS2 takes full effect, on the progress of productised, AI-assisted delivery in Services, and on the balance sheet, where net cash holdings stood at negative DKK 11.2m at the end of June ahead of the cash settlement of the acquisition.

Wirtek is a Danish-based IT services and solutions company specializing in digital transformation through software development, testing, and implementation across industries with a growing focus on Energy. Following the Seluxit and Pragmasoft acquisitions, Wirtek transitioned to a hybrid services and solutions model with IoT hardware, and the acquisition of DitaExchange in August 2026 added a subscription-based SaaS product to the Solutions division. Denmark and USA are Wirtek's largest markets, with an acquisition-driven expansion to Portugal, while development and test centers in Romania support its software operations. Wirtek has been listed on Nasdaq First North Copenhagen since 2006.
