Wirtek is expected to release its Q2 2025 interim report on August 13 2025. The management will present the results at a virtual live event with a Q&A session on the same day at 13:30 CET. In addition to the financial results the event will include an update on Wirtek’s recent business developments and provide insights into the current market conditions.
Q1 2025 was challenged by the completion of a long-standing client engagement and continued delays in decision-making processes by clients. Revenue declined by 14%, and EBITDA was negative by DKK 1.1 million. Given the macroeconomic uncertainty the company has increased its focus on profitability by adopting a cautious approach to investments and implementing targeted cost-saving measures.
Despite the challenging start to the year, and persistent macroeconomic uncertainty, the company has maintained its FY 2025 guidance. Revenue for 2025 is expected to be in the range of DKK 70.0 million to DKK 75.0 million, representing growth of -3% to +4%, and EBITDA is expected to range between DKK 1.0 million and DKK 5.0 million — a decline of 4% to 81% relative to 2024. The company also stated that, through its focus on profitability, it aims to return to a positive EBITDA no later than Q3 2025.
In addition to the financial results for the second quarter, the focus could be on whether there are any changes to the challenging business conditions heading into the second half of the year, the progress toward returning to profitability through cost management, and a prudent approach to investments.
