Inderes – Presentation of FY 2025

You can already now sign up for the event and send in your questions. You don’t have to participate live to submit questions for the event.
Inderes expects to release its full-year 2025 results on February 10th, 2026. Inderes CEO Mikael Rautanen will present the results in a live online event on February 11th at 12.00 CET, where you will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
Ahead of the full-year results, Inderes has published sales figures for October and November, indicating an improvement in momentum after a weak September, indicating this was a timing issue. October sales increased by 13% year-on-year, followed by 15% year-on-year growth in November. The stronger performance was supported by higher activity within the Events Business compared to earlier in the year, alongside continued solid progress in the Software Business, after a period characterised by more volatile monthly development.
In connection with the latest quarterly report, Inderes maintained its guidance for 2025. The company continues to expect full-year sales to grow only slightly or to remain broadly in line with the previous year’s level, while the adjusted EBITA margin is expected to be around 11%. The guidance reflects continued uncertainty in parts of the Events Business, where revenue is more project-driven and closely linked to short-term customer decision-making, resulting in lower visibility compared to the Software Business.
As this is a full-year results presentation, investor focus is expected to shift towards guidance for 2026, including management’s assumptions for market activity and growth drivers in the coming year. In particular, comments on the outlook for the IPO market, which remains a key demand driver for Inderes, will be closely monitored. In addition, expectations for activity levels in the Events Business, continued development in the Software Business, and the potential for margin stabilization or improvement going into the new financial year are likely to be key focal points during the event.
