Toivo Group Plc (”Toivo”) has signed an agreement for a EUR 7.5 million apartment building project in Pakila, Helsinki. The process to alter the zoning plan for the project will be initiated immediately, and the project is estimated to proceed to the construction phase in 2028. The realization of the project involves standard risks related to the zoning plan alteration and obtaining other necessary permits.
"Pakila has long been one of the most popular residential areas in Helsinki, and the light rail line has further increased the area's appeal. Toivo prefers to develop its projects starting from the zoning phase, and this project in Pakila fits this operating model perfectly," says Real Estate Development Manager Vili Valajärvi.
