Tekna (OSE: TEKNA), a world-leading provider of plasma technology and advanced
materials to industry, today published its 2025 Annual Report.
The Annual Report contains the Sustainability Report for 2025, including Carbon
Accounting, EU Taxonomy and Human Rights and Transparency.
The report is enclosed to this release in pdf and European Single Electronic
Format (ESEF) and available on the investor relations section of the company's
website, www.tekna.com.
Claude Jean, CEO of Tekna, commented: "2025 was a landmark year for Tekna. We
delivered strong progress and reached a profitability inflection point in the
second half of the year, supported by a record materials order intake and
continued cost optimizations. The Company also reached a major milestone as the
first in the world to receive NADCAP accreditation for metallic powder
manufacturing. We enter 2026 with clear market momentum, a stronger capital
structure, and capacity and resources in place to deliver on our 2030
ambitions."
In 2025, Tekna's overall carbon emissions were down 26% to 30 898 tCO2e (2024:
41 957 tCO2e).

making meaningful progress on our sustainability commitments, and we have firmed
up our intermediate targets to carbon neutrality in our own operations by 2035."
Tekna will publish an Interim Report for the first quarter on May 7, 2026. The
Annual General Meeting will take place on the same day.
