Increased number of shares and votes in Altra Fastigheter

The number of shares and votes in Altra Fastigheter AB has, during May 2026, increased as a result of warrants under the company’s incentive program LTIP 2023 having been exercised for subscription of a total of 11,972 shares. Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 208,118,248 shares in the company, and as of the same date the number of votes amounts to 208,118,248.
