Swiss Properties Invest is a Danish company active in the real estate industry. The company owns, manages and further develops major commercial properties. The properties consist, for example, of properties around the Swiss market, which are further rented out to various corporate customers. A large part of the business focuses on property development. The head office is located in Copenhagen.
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting a Deep Dive event with Swiss Properties Invest, where we took a closer look at the Swiss real estate market. CEO Gert Mortensen focused on market conditions in Switzerland, pricing, and required return – as well as how the company expects to be able to meet its return targets.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting an event with Swiss Properties Invest following the company's Q1-Q2 2026 financial report. Here, the company's CEO, Gert Mortensen, presented the figures for the first half of the year, as well as reviewed the new property that Swiss acquired in early July this year.

Swiss Properties Invest has released its financial report for the first half of 2026 this morning, showing growth in both revenue and earnings compared to the same period last year. The company owns nine commercial real estate properties in Switzerland through its subsidiary Swiss Properties Invest AG, and revenue consists of rental income from this portfolio.
