Risma Systems (RISMA) is a Danish Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that helps simplify and optimize governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities across companies and organizations. RISMA’s solution is an all-in-one software suite for all GRC initiatives (such as GDPR, ISMS, risk management, financial controls, ESG). The company primarily operates in the Nordic region with independent sales offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and through partners. The company has been listed at Nasdaq First North in Denmark since March 2021.
