Paratus Energy Services is a holding company for a group of energy services companies. The Company's business consists primarily of its ownership of Fontis Holdings (formerly known as SeaMex Holdings) and its joint venture interest in Seabras. Fontis is an offshore drilling company with a fleet of jack-up rigs under contract in Mexico. Seabras is a subsea services company, with a fleet of multi-purpose pipelay support vessels under contract in Brazil. The Company is headquartered in Hamilton.
