The investment company Flat Capital focuses on long-term capital for entrepreneur-led and unlisted growth companies. Investments are primarily made via Flat's global network of venture capital players and entrepreneurs. Flat Capital is basically a passive minority owner, with the aim of simplifying company building and enabling exposure to hard-to-reach investments. Examples of portfolio companies are Klarna, OpenAI, Perplexity, SpaceX and xAI.
