AAK is a producer of vegetable oils and fats. The products are used as a substitute for milk fat and cocoa butter, as ingredients in chocolate fillings and confectionery products, as well as in cosmetics. The global operations are run via most business areas with each focus and some of the projects are also run through customer-wide development. The largest presence is found in North America and Europe. The head office is located in Malmö.
