Wirtek is expected to publish its Annual Report for 2025 on 18 March 2026. The following day, 19 March at 14:30 CET, management will present the results in a virtual live event including a Q&A session.
Q3 2025 marked a turning point with two consecutive quarters of sequential improvement. Revenue increased 7% from Q2 to Q3, while EBITDA improved significantly to DKK 0.7m in Q3 from DKK 0.3m in Q2. In connection with the Q3 report, management expressed positive expectations for Q4, driven by confirmed project extensions, upselling activities, and the full impact of cost optimisations.
For the full year 2025, Wirtek maintained its guidance of revenue in the range of DKK 64–69m (a decline of 11–4% compared to 2024) and EBITDA of DKK 1–5m (compared to DKK 5.2m in 2024). 2025 has been a transition year, with the company navigating a challenging IT services market while implementing significant cost optimisations that laid the foundation for the new strategy, which focuses on modernising the Services division through AI-assisted delivery and accelerating subscription growth in the Solutions division via the Wirtek IoT Suite.
Since the Q3 report, Wirtek has announced a partnership with the Dutch startup Cleriti to develop a compliance platform for the European creative industry, supporting compliance with the EU DSM Directive (Article 19). This partnership represents entry into a new market vertical.
In addition to the full-year 2025 results, attention is expected to focus on how revenue and profitability developed in Q4 2025 and whether the positive trends from Q3 continued. Furthermore, there will likely be focus on expectations for 2026, including whether the company guides for a return to organic growth, as outlined in the strategy, and what EBITDA margin is expected. Finally, attention may turn to execution of the strategy, including AI-assisted delivery, development of the Wirtek IoT Suite, partnership initiatives, as well as liquidity and investment levels in 2026.
