OrderYOYO will release its Half-year report 2024 on the 22 August 2024. The company’s management will present the results in a virtual live event with a Q&A session on 26 August 2024 at 11.00. Besides the financial results, you can get an update on recent business developments as well as insights about the current market conditions.
Previous to the half year result OrderYOYO has released a trading update for Q2 2024. The trading update showed continued growth momentum both on the topline and earnings and resulted in the third guidance upgrade since late 2023. The updated guidance for 2024 is December 2024 ARR of DKK 325-335m (DKK 296m by the end of 2023), full-year 2024 net revenue of DKK 290-300m (DKK 254m in 2023), full-year 2024 EBITDA guidance of DKK 45-50 m (DKK 25.6m in 92023), and full-year cash EBITDA guidance of DKK 17-22m (DKK 0.1m in 2023).
OrderYOYO is a Danish Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that provides takeaway restaurants with all the necessary software to serve their customers, including online ordering, payment, marketing, and business management solutions. The software enables restaurants to have their own-branded online presence directly to consumers instead of via food portals.
