MPC Energy Solutions – Presentation of Q4 2025 results

MPC Energy Solutions expects to release its Q4 2025 results on 27 February 2026. Later the same day at 10:00 AM, the company’s CFO, Stefan Meichsner, will present the fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, provide an update on developments following the Q3 2025 report, and answer questions from the audience in a live online event.

Operationally, the company closed 2025 with solid momentum. In December, MPC Energy Solutions’ operating assets in Colombia, Mexico, and El Salvador generated 6.8 GWh of clean energy, in line with December 2024 on a like-for-like basis. For the full year 2025, total energy production reached 113 GWh, reflecting stable operations and the reliability of the asset base across the portfolio.

Following the Q3 2025 report, MPC Energy Solutions announced the divestment of the Santa Rosa & Villa Sol project in El Salvador and the San Patricio project in Guatemala. The transaction, which has been approved by shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting, is expected to generate equity proceeds of approximately USD 27 million, with closing expected in the second quarter of 2026. In connection with the announcement, the company outlined that a substantial portion of both the sales proceeds and existing free cash reserves is intended to be distributed to shareholders following completion of the transaction,

Beyond the Q4 and FY 2025 results, focus will therefore be on any changes to the timing and structure of the announced cash distributions, the development of the free cash position post-closing, and the outlook for the remaining asset base. This includes the operating projects Los Girasoles in Colombia and Los Santos in Mexico, as well as the La Perla development project in El Salvador.

MPC Energy Solutions develops, builds, owns, and operates renewable energy projects, primarily within utility-scale solar power. The company’s projects are mainly located across Latin America and the Caribbean region.
