Inderes is expected to release its Q1 2026 results on April 24, 2026. Inderes CEO Mikael Rautanen will present the results in a live online event on the same day at 13:00 CET, where you will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
Ahead of the Q1 2026 results, Inderes has reported revenue figures for January and February, indicating a modest start to the year. Revenue for the first two months grew by 1% year-on-year, with January declining by 3% and February increasing by 3%. The development reflects typical fluctuations in Inderes’ business, driven by the timing of project-based revenue. Recurring revenue continued to show positive development, supported by the Software Business, while project revenue was somewhat weaker due to fewer IR events compared to the previous year.
The start to the year follows a 2025 where Inderes delivered revenue growth of 4% for the full year, with an acceleration in Q4 driven by stronger activity in the Events Business and continued solid development in Software. However, overall growth remained modest, reflecting a more challenging demand environment, particularly impacting project-based revenue and international operations.
In connection with the full-year 2025 report, Inderes provided guidance for 2026, expecting revenue to increase from the 2025 level and an adjusted EBITA margin in the range of 10–13%. The outlook reflects expectations of gradually improving market conditions, although continued investments in international growth, particularly within the Software Business, are expected to impact profitability.
Investor focus ahead of the Q1 results is likely to be on whether the early signs of improvement in the IPO market are translating into increased activity, as this remains a key demand driver for Inderes’ project-based services. In addition, comments on the development in the Events Business, the continued growth trajectory in the Software Business, and overall visibility on demand heading into the remainder of 2026 will be key focal points during the event.
