GreenMobility is expected to release its Annual Report for 2025 on Thursday the 19th of March. On Tuesday the 24th of March at 13:00 CET, CEO Kasper Gjedsted will present the audited full-year results and answer questions from the audience in a live online event.
With preliminary 2025 results and 2026 guidance announced in January, the focus will shift from headline numbers, which are largely known, to the detail that only the audited annual report can provide.
The preliminary figures showed revenue of DKK 154m (20% growth vs. DKK 128m in 2024), EBITDA of DKK 53m (55% growth vs. DKK 34m in 2024), and profit from continuing operations of DKK 32m, compared to DKK 8m the prior year. Both revenue and EBITDA landed above the top end of the latest 2025 guidance of 17–19% revenue growth and 47–52% EBITDA growth — itself the result of a fourth consecutive upward revision during the year.
For 2026, GreenMobility guided for revenue growth of 8–12% and EBITDA growth of 12–16%, ranges that align with the mid-term financial ambitions under the company's Strategy 2028 framework. With the step-change in profitability and balance sheet strength now embedded, the presentation may also bring updates on capital allocation priorities, cash generation and fleet investment plans, the next-gen app platform launching in 2026, and progress on the non-binding LOI related to autonomous vehicles in Denmark.
GreenMobility offers modern urbanites easy, flexible, and sustainable transport in the form of electric shared city cars and vans, accessible through the GreenMobility app. GreenMobility operates approximately 1,400 EVs in Copenhagen and Aarhus and is listed on the Nasdaq Main Market Copenhagen.
