GreenMobility - Presentation of annual report 2023

GreenMobility is expected to release its FY 2023 results on 14 March 2024. Watch and ask questions to GreenMobility’s management in a virtual live event on 15 March at 13:00. The management will take a deeper look at the financial results and achievements of the year, as well as a look into 2024, which is expected to be dominated by the strategy change of focusing on profitable growth and the Danish markets.

Since the release of the Q3 2023 results, GreenMobility has released a new strategy, focusing on, and investing in the Danish markets that are more profitable and at the same exiting most markets outside Denmark. The first part of the exit strategy was carried out in January 2024 with the agreement to transfer its customers and employees in the Netherlands to the Dutch carsharing company, MyWheels. In December 2023, the company also carried out a private placement with gross proceeds of DKK 26.2m. This is done to set the company up for delivering profitability and positive cash flow in 2024.

Besides the results for Q4 2023, the focus will be directed on the progress of implementing the new strategy and the expectations for 2024.
