GomSpace – Presentation of directed share issue and Q&A

GomSpace has announced that the Board of Directors has reached an agreement to carry out a directed share issue of SEK 196m to its major shareholder, Peter Hargreaves (The Hargreaves Family No. 14 Settlement). The share issue will comprise 28,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of SEK 7,00 per share. GomSpace’s CEO Carsten Drachmann will present the details, timeline, and reasons behind the capital raise in an online live event on 24 March 2025 at 14:00.
