Divests the smallest group company Hedén Minor effect on estimates, outlook unaffected Trading at 16-6x P/E, we reiterate our fair value range of SEK 15-25 Divestment of Hedén Seafire announced in a press release this morning that it has divested the assets of the group's smallest subsidiary, Hedén Group. A goodwill write-down of SEK 12m for this was expensed in Q3 already. The consideration received for the divestment was not announced, but we believe it to have been insignificant. In the first nine months of '23 Hedén contributed sales of SEK 4.4m, and a slight loss, i.e. very insignificant numbers for the group.
