Net sales was EUR 61m (Nordea est. EUR 69m) in Q1. Comparable net sales growth was -2% in Q1 y/y. Net sales was close to our forecast in the Power segment but clearly below expectations in the Energy Transition segment. The company's adjusted EBITDA was EUR 1.5m in Q1 (Nordea EUR 2.0m). The order backlog stood at EUR 413m (EUR 373m). Reported EPS was EUR -0.16 in Q1. Reported equity ratio was 35% end of March. The company expects the market situation to remain favourable. Data centres could also offer notable growth in the medium term. Adjusted EBITDA in core operations 2026 is guided to EUR 19-23m (unchanged, Nordea estimate EUR 20.3m, 2025: EUR 18.8m). New medium term revenue growth (CAGR) target is 6-7% (old:4-5%) in 2025-28. New medium term EBITDA% target is >7% (replaces old EBIT% target of >5%).
