Acquires 7k fibre customers from Folke AB for SEK 10m (EV) Adds +1% on PF sales Should be clear cost synergies, and therefore an accretive acquisition Sales of ~SEK 20m, closing 1 June 2025 Today, Bredband2 announced the acquisition of 7k private fibre customers from Folke AB. The asset has annual sales of ~SEK 20m, and is expected to close on 1 June 2025. The acquisition price in EV terms is SEK 10m (including SEK 3.5m in marketing activities), implying an EV/sales multiple of 0.5x, and an EV/subscriber of SEK 1,400 (vs. BRE2 at SEK 3,800, while we note that the last acquisition, Bredbandsson, was acquired for SEK 2,500/subscriber).
