Sitowise Group operates in the construction and infrastructure sector. The company specializes in the development of large construction projects. Examples of projects that the company carries out include road and building construction, as well as pipe and underground construction. The projects are carried out independently and in collaboration with other players in the industry. The largest operations are found in the Nordic market, where customers are found among corporate customers and public actors.

Jeg greb denne Black Friday introduktionstilbud. For mig er konsulentfirmaer som udgangspunkt et absolut nej til porteføljen, men en markedsværdi på knap 80 millioner euro i forhold til omsætningen (dog med en betydelig nettogæld på den anden side) vækkede min interesse for en nærmere undersøgelse. Normalt kigger jeg først på nye bekendtskaber for at se, hvem mine forretningspartnere er. Derfor kiggede jeg på listen over de største aktionærer og de største ændringer. I november er Proprius Partners tilsyneladende forsvundet fra listen over de 100 største aktionærer. Til gengæld har Erkki Etola tilføjet 378.000 stk.

Black Friday for aktien på tavlen -15%, uden nogen nyhed? åbenbart har nogen et stort behov for at komme af med aktierne.

Vilppo har udarbejdet en ny virksomhedsrapport om Sitowise efter Q3.  Sitowises Q3-resultat var samlet set svagt. Finland leverede gode resultater, men tabene i Sverige uddybedes. I bunden af byggesektorens cyklus forsvinder al pengestrøm til finansieringsomkostninger, men når efterspørgslen genoprettes, kan resultatet hurtigt forbedres. Vi mangler dog stadig tydeligere tegn på en resultatvending, før vi tør have en mere positiv holdning. Her er Vilpos kommentarer til Q3-resultatet.  Sitowise rapporterede i morges et samlet set afdæmpet resultat, som også lå lidt under vores lave forventninger. Selskabets omsætning faldt med ca. 3 %, og den justerede EBITA-driftsindtjening faldt også i overensstemmelse hermed fra en lidt svag sammenligningsperiode. Baseret på det rapporterede klarede Infra og Digitale løsninger sig fortsat godt, men i Sverige ser tendensen stadig ud til at være klart nedadgående. Udsigterne forblev stort set uændrede i de forskellige segmenter, og ordrebogen fik heller ikke endnu et væsentligt løft. Netto gæld/EBITDA-forholdet, som afspejler den nuværende svage indtjeningsevne, steg allerede til 7,2x, hvilket er meget højt og understreger behovet for succesfulde resultatsforbedrende foranstaltninger. The order book is at a strong record level, but possible slowdown in demand in Finland and drop in profitability create uncertainty about the earnings level in coming years. When uncertainty dispels and projects start, we expect billable utilization and profitability to improve toward previous levels. In addition to the order book, growth is supported by completed acquisitions next year. Considering the growth, the company’s potential and quality, we believe there is upside in the valuation, which together with the dividend raises the expected return to a very attractive level.</p>
