Sitowise: Achieving growth

The report for the final quarter of the year was in line with our expectations. The outlook appears good for growing business areas, although inflation and a slowdown in construction are adding to uncertainty in certain areas. In line with the new strategy and guidance, the focus this year seems to be on long-term development rather than short-term profitability optimization. However, we believe there is room for improvement in valuation given Sitowise's potential and current performance level.
Sitowise Group operates in the construction and infrastructure sector. The company specializes in the development of large construction projects. Examples of projects that the company carries out include road and building construction, as well as pipe and underground construction. The projects are carried out independently and in collaboration with other players in the industry. The largest operations are found in the Nordic market, where customers are found among corporate customers and public actors.
