Korot maksetaan ajalta 22.9.2023 - xx.01.2024 eli noin 4kk ajalta. Korko on 2023 vuoden osalta 7% ja 2024 vuoden 7,5%. Ilmainen lounashan tässä on tarjolla eli koron saa koko n. 4kk ajalta vaikka olisi ostanut osakkeet viimeisenä pörssipäivänä. Tällöin, jos oletetaan että maksu tulee n. kuukaudessa tilille niin saat luokkaa 25-30% vuotuista korkoa pääomallesi.

Miltä ajalta nämä korot siis maksetaan?

Kaupankäynti keskeytettäneen tammikuun aikana ja siitä nopeimillaan rahat (lunastushinta+korot) tulevat tilille n. 20 päivän päästä, hitaimmillaan tämä on tosin vienyt yli 100 päivää. Uskoisin itse tuohon ripeämpään maksuun, kun lunastusajalta maksetaan tällä hetkellä ihan käypää korkoa ja  vitkuttelu tulee kalliiksi.

Kaupankäynti keskeytettäneen tammikuun aikana, joten vielä on vähän aikaa ostaa “optiota” siihen, että hinta nousisi hovissa (tämä on tosin hyvin harvinaista). Lisäksi nyt ostamalla saa vielä korot päälle lunastusajalta, itse laskiskelin, että lunastushinta (9,25)+korot vastaisi kurssia 9,45-9,50, mutta tämäkin on riippuvainen siitä, koska maksu (ns. riidaton osuus = 9,25€/osake) lopulta tulee tilille. Nopeimillaan se on tullut n. 20 päivässä (esim. Avidly, Kotipitza) kaupankäynnin keskeytyksestä ja hitaimmillaan se on vienyt jopa 100 päivää (esim. Next Games, Basware).

Paljonkohan näistä Rovio osakkeista lopulta saa? 9.25 oli virallinen lunastushinta, kurssi nyt 9.33 ja tuntuu että moni vielä lisäilee osaketta yli lunastushinnan.

Miten loput pakkolunastus osakkeet hyväksytään, kun vapaehtoinen myynti elokuussa jäi välistä? Pitääkö laittaa viestiä keskuskauppakamarin lunastuslaitakunnalle vai ne hoitaa automaattisesti ja rahat tulee tilille?

The strong cash flows of Rovio's current game portfolio give the company plenty of time to create new successful games. At the same time, the growth expectations loaded on the stock are moderate, which limits the downside in a scenario where the next game releases don’t take off. Thus, at current levels, we consider the stock's risk/return ratio attractive, although in the short term, challenging market conditions may create headwinds for the flight path of Angry Birds. </p>
