The share capital increase which was resolved by the board of directors of
Zaptec AS on November 24th 2021, pursuant to the authorization provided at the
annual general meeting in 2021, has now been registered in the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises.
The capital increase was made as a result of the exercise of 300,000 options
pursuant to the company's employee share option scheme, at a value of NOK 8.6667
per share.
The new total share capital is NOK 476,935.4875 divided into 76,309,678 shares
and votes.
