Zalaris ASA (OSE:ZAL) Solid revenue growth in Managed Services, offsetting
weaker Consulting, and total revenue of NOK 372 million, with an adjusted EBIT
of NOK 42 million.
Reported revenue for the quarter was NOK 371.9million, up 0.5% from NOK 370.1
million in the same quarter last year and up 2.10% in constant currency. Managed
Services rose 7.9%, while Zalaris Consulting dropped 15%, both in local
currency.
Adjusted EBIT* was NOK 42.3 million, corresponding to a 11.4% margin for the
quarter, comparted to NOK 52.1 million last year.
The reported EBIT ended at NOK 29.3 million compared to NOK 41.7 million last
year.
"The first quarter of 2026 delivered stable performance in a quarter marked by
lower consulting activity and a continued shift toward recurring Managed
Services revenue," says Hans-Petter Mellerud, CEO and founder of Zalaris.
"Sales momentum remained healthy in the first quarter. We signed new long term
HR and payroll contracts totaling approximately NOK 75 million in annual
recurring revenue upon full implementation," Mellerud concludes.
