Reference is made to the announcement made on 17 March 2023 where Zalaris ASA
notified Nordic Trustee AS of the exercise of its call option for the remaining
outstanding bonds under the bond issue "ZALARIS ASA FRN Senior Secured Callable
Open Bond Issue 2018/2023" (ZAL01/ISIN NO 0010832710). The exercise of the call
option was subject to certain conditions as set out in the Call Option Notice
being satisfied no later than on 28 March 2023. We hereby confirm that the
conditions to the call option have been satisfied, and all outstanding bonds
will be redeemed as planned. The outstanding bonds will be repaid at 100.00% of
the Nominal Amount for each redeemed bond (plus accrued and unpaid interests on
the redeemed amount), with settlement date on 31 March 2023.
