Oslo, Norway 23 October 2026 - An extraordinary general meeting of Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company") was held on Friday 23 October 2026, at 09:00 CEST.
All items on the agenda were unanimously approved by the general meeting in accordance with the proposals from the board of directors. Following this and in accordance with the recommendation from the nomination committee, the Company's board of directors shall now consist of:

- Jannicke Haugen, board member
- Thomas Embla Bonnerud, board member
- Ingrid Elvira Leisner, board member
- Suzaan Sauerman, board member
- Trygve Bruland, board member
