<div class="mfn-body"><p>On 3 April 2023 it was announced that Vestum AB (publ) (”Vestum”) – through Lakers Group AB (publ) – had entered into an agreement to divest a portfolio of companies that were previously part of the Lakers Group, that closing of the transaction was expected to take place in the second quarter of 2023 and that closing was subject to governmental clearances. </p><p>Vestum has today received necessary governmental clearances in relevant jurisdictions. The strategic divestment can thus be completed.
