7 July 2026 - Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that our customer, Eni Muara Bakau B.V. (subsidiary of Searah Limited, a joint venture Company between Eni and PETRONAS), has exercised the drilling of the fourth well and a tophole in Indonesia for the semisubmersible drilling rig, SSV Catarina.
The exercise of these wells is expected to keep the rig utilized into the fourth quarter of 2026 and further increases the firm backlog of the Company by approximately $25.1 million.
